On September 25, 2009, my world was rudely interrupted by a stroke and a seizure. Now I did not have time for this kind of nonsense. My son was getting married end of October, I had a business to run. And besides, I didn't schedule anything like this for the next 30 years (and then I wanted to be able to reschedule if I so desired). When you least expect it, life has a way of being its own Alanis Morissette song. Luckily for me, it has a happy ending and I got to WALK down the isle at my son's wedding.
I still have a way's to go ... therapy full days and taking care of my blood pressure and making sure that this doesn't happen again. I have wonderful friends who are so supportive for which I am so fortunate.
To be honest with you I didn't think I would be able to come right back to my computer and blogging look familiar to me... and at first it didn't. I sat in front of my screen for a second and it all looked like something I have never done before... but here I am and its now all coming back.
So please come back and visit my blog. I really look forward to doing the things I did before I got sick and seeing who responded and what you have to say are so exciting to me.... I've missed you!!!!
