Every Easter Basket I ever remember had a chocolate bunny smack in the middle!  White Chocolate is my favorite... These faux chocolate bunnies  are the perfect decoration without ruining your Spring diet!  Though I can't imagine any day Easter without chocolate.  

Now for Elegance!  Chocolate and Champagne.  Forget your recession woes... and who needs a friggin'  Easter Basket?  Eddie Ross has a perfect setting for any holiday.  Wish I could pull this one off... somehow I don't think my budget allows for champagne taste these days.  Cheers... Happy Easter everyone!  Don't try this at home with chocolate covered pretzels and beer... IT'S JUST NOT THE SAME!!!

I usually love Christmas, but my mother passed away on December 8th and this is what my house looked like last year.  Needless to say, my family came first this year.  Next year we will do it like Mom would have wanted it!
